RE: BRUCE WILLIAM TARRAS DOB April 10, 1973 POLICE FILE 24-2475 Report made this day to Constable Bishop, Penticton RCMP This date I reported that in early January of 2023 Bruce William Tarras of Chilliwack, B. C. (MOST LIKELY WORKING AS AN ALARM INSTALLER FOR TELUS - PREVIOUSLY EMPLOYED BY ADT and Brinks Security Systems as an alarm installer) from 400 kilometres away from the place in which I myself reside came into my place of work - I was working Till #1 - cold snow ice weather -22 below Celsuis or lower with the windchill factor .. not barbeque weather at all). He proceeded to & quot;pace & quot; around the front end of the store, furtively looking over his shoulder and casting hostile and what I perceived to be threatening glances at me. Due to the weather conditions the store had few other customers but of course, there were also many other cashiers with NO customers lined up for them to process. However, Bruce, rather than electing to go through a till with no lineup, & quot;elected & #39; to go through mine only. Bruce Tarras had decided for some mysterious reason to purchase (in early Jan 2023 with -22 degree celsius w windchill factor and 1 to 1 1/2 feet of snow/ice on the roads and parking area) a very, very, solid large wooden barbeque implement somewhat a bit smaller than the size of a small cricket bat - approximately 14 - 18 inches long with a fork like end
