My cousin ordered a drawing for her husband on August 27th since the work seemed promising. It is embarrassingly horrible. They said they would fix it. After MONTHS of following up, they blocked her.
She is now out the money, upset, and according to the BBB, is not the only one. This company preys on people with lost loved ones, take their money, and bail. They only have good posts on their page because they delete any negative reviews and then block all people who message them.
What a garbage company with garbage ethics.
