I went to the Blockbuster Express Kiosk 14057 in Fontana, Ca 99 cents store.
I rented two videos there. I used a mastercard and I had trouble renting the
scratched videos. so I swiped my card twice. I was charged $4.30 on 8/4/2011. I
checked online my credit card and on 8/5/11 the charge for $4.30 was posted.
I checked again and there was another charge of $4.30 for same two videos.I
would never checkout same videos that are scratched. I was not online when
I made purchase I was standing in the store. I want credit of $4.30 send back
to orchard bank crdit card and I will forget the whole matter. thank you

Blockbuster did not charge you twice for no reason.  You were charged twice because you swiped your card twice creating two separate transactions.

I checked the blockbuster web site and there is a 800 customer service number 877-300-2128. I would give them a call.

I would think they would be able to access records that show you only rented 2 DVDs not 4.
