Blockbuster blockbuster.com refuses to delete billing information from website McKinney Texas
I contact Blockbuster in August 2009 and June 2012 asking them to remove my billing information (address and credit card) from my online account. Each time they refused, claiming they have to hold onto the information for accounting purposes. It seems this problem is widespread: NYTimes article.
