I am a previous owner of Big O Tires and i would never go with big o again, the way they are doing business is a scam ,towards franchisees. The area managers instead of helping franchise, he stressed you out and verbally threatens you. They are racist. They do not like blacks Mexicans and others. I have recordings, pictures and videos! After TBC takes your hard earned money they dont care about you're business. In the beginning they are nice after deal is done they screw you. Thats why they lost 88 stores in the past 3 years. Tbc just wants royalty fee only. Tbc does not understand customer service. I feel sorry for people who invest money in Big O Tires. This is not a surprise a lot of franchise living the CO. The worst of the worst. Complain to the media- government- online- I am working with media and starting websites to spread the word about Big O.
