Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois Gave Me Poor Customer Service! f**k YOU!
Back on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 at approximately 12:10 p.m. - 12:15 p.m., I contacted the Better Business Bureau Of Chicago & Northern Illinois because I had a legitimate issue that I wanted to resolve! When I called them up, a lady answered the phone and all that I said was if she was still there? When I said that, she Hung Up On Me Immediately! I then called back and I believe the same lady answered the phone who went by the name of "Larissa Smith" and she also Hung Up On Me for just Being Upset For Being Hung Up On By The First (1st) Female Representative! I Honestly Believe that Both Hang Ups Were By The Same Individual! This type of Customer Service was Beyond Poor And Disgusting and Far From What I Expect To Receive Coming From The Better Business Bureau Of Chicago & Northern Illinois! I did call them back for a Third (3rd) Time and spoke to a male representative who solved my problem, but the Experience Overall Was Very Poor! I have a 0.00 Tolerance For Abusive Behavior Coming From Anybody Whether It Be Family, Friends or Especially In The Corporate World and this "Larissa Smith" Needs To Learn How To Deal With Customers Or Else Do Not Do Your d**n Job Anymore!
