I have never been on this website until I noticed that my Frost Bank bank card had a pending amount of $58.18 pending on 2/5/2023. I immediately went to the website to investigate and see if there was a contact number - there wasn't. I sent an email to the contact information they provided - there has been no response at all. I have now sent them 4 emails, asking them to call my phone number to resolve this - on their website it says they have 24/7 help or that if you want to cancel an order to contact within in 24 hours of placing an order. But you can't contact anyone or they just won't respond. I don't know how they got my information but just want a refund of the $58.18. they are in Tanzania and it's very suspecious. I don't know how to call their number since it's in Tanzania or I would have tried that. I just need help and want other people to know this company is out there doing fraudulant business practices.
