Gina, unfortunately you had a situation where you were unable to find your sales paperwork with contact information. Often, the sales rep will place this inside your manual so it is not misplaced. Also, the two nearest Rainbow distributors to you are both listed in the phone book. As someone already stated, your machine is covered under a manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired for free (provided it's a manufacturer defect). Here is the information for the two offices closest to you... Airflow 2000 #845-621-5017...ask for Charlie (Mahopac, NY), he's the owner or you can ask for me. You can also call Fresh Air at #845-227-7320 and ask for Angel or Dorothy (Wappingers Falls, NY). Either of these offices can help you and chances are that one of them was your selling office.

rainbow vaccuum is a quality product unfortunely you ran into a problem and couldnt find the right contact. all you needed to do was get to rainbow and they would have fixed the problem. the branch office only collects payments and has nothing to do with the company you dealt with other than financing your purchase. if it were i that took your call i would have contacted the merchant for you, sorry for your troubles...

The Rainbow has a 4 year warranty that covers parts and labor. Your rainbow can be repaired for free. The motor carries an 8 yr warranty. Go to www.raibowsystems.com to find your local distributor.
