On sept 15th 2022 i visted D.a Ben smith's office in sac city iowa to report unlawfull tress passing and sexual crimes that officer stacey allen carlson comitted against a female suspect who was on probation .He follwed her home from work issued a citation on her property as a coad enforcment officer .That then forced her in to calling him .He then grooms her with money,cell phone games and education .Snap chat and only fans is exchanged in order to make citations go away .I found a cell phone that was discarded by A female .On it was officer calson messages to said female .He also spoke about how he fined Ray von ahn illeaglly because he does not like him.Ray spoke out in news paper against sac pd when running for mayor of sac city .He stated how ray was on social sercrity for his knee and that was a crime to officer carlson .I a former us army paratrooper have seen officer carlson brake every law he has swarn by othe to uphold .Including but not limited to Drinking and driving in front of kids ,stalking ,tresspassing with a deadly wepon,unlawfull citations,parking violations in pov ,speeding in pov ,parking on side walk pov ,retalation sexual herassment of female suspect .Ben smith made up fake crimes and is still holding me in jail and to court charges that i never commited ever .He is a crook a coward a lier and a snowflake .He should be serving jail time .Instead of filing charges against officer carlson when i showed him proof from stacey carlsons fb messages.Ben asked me if i had cameras on my home waited a month had stacey stalk me staged a video of me at park .Then discrimnated against me /charged me with false crimes claims i stalked officer carlson with a fire arm when he tresspassed in all black on my property with a wepon at 245 am 2019 .Never said he was a police .The officer carlson files a paper in open court saying how he followed me home that night .Be i looked at him as i passed him .That was a crime to him and gave him the right to bring a deadly wepon on my property and look directly in my windows with no warrent to do so .Ben smith illegally Stoped my V.a health care .Had me tazed and torched in my bad leg .Then is forcing me in to treatment by law at the va to restart the care that he unlawfully stopped after putting me in jail illegally .On top of that he is sending me to a fake trial for commiting zero crimes ever .Now he is tring to make me serve 15 years in prison for crimes his dirty cop commited .Us army verteran J.olsen 82 Abn
