This website advertises books, among other items, for online sale as physical items you can buy and have shipped to you. I found a book, put in all of my personal information (name, shipping and billing address, credit card information) and then only received an email with a link to download the book.
Nowhere in the book description did it say it was only available online. Nowhere on this website does it state that some or all of their items they advertise for sale are only available online.
I emailed them immediately after receiving the email with the link to download the book, and explained to them there was no mention of this only being a type of ebook when I bought it. I explained to them how misleading the entire process was. They were not helpful at all. They told me to read their terms and conditions. But all that covered was that "all sales are final". Not only did I already know that, but they completely ignored the fact that their website completely misleads the consumer by hiding what they are and what they're selling.
They say all sales are final because they are aware of their false advertising and scamming business they have. This website needs to be taken down before they continue collecting money from people looking for something they do not actually offer. They are a scam.
