I went on her Website & Ordered a "Lace Front Wig", but the Payment had to be made through "Amazon.Com" & the Payment had to be made even before the Order was placed, It took more than a Week after constant E-Mails to her (Kim Johnson) about the Wig before she would respond, when she did reply to the my E-mails, she had some Screwed up excuse that she had experienced a lot of Fraud on her Website, & that's why she took so long to get back to me, & she would take care of my order right away, she said she needed my Name again to check it out, I told her my Name again & also the $120.44 had been charged to my Credit Card, she could Check Her Website for the Info & also Amazon.con could confirm the Payment! How can she have Fraud on her Website when all Payments go through Amazon.com., Trust me I am NOT done with her Yet! She does not not have to send the Merchandise, but that Money will be put back on my Card! Before it's all over with she will wish she had sent me mine, I have no intention of just letting her or anyone else take nothing from me Trust Me!

My name is Kimyaun Johnson, and I am the owner of the Beauty Treasures Lace Wigs and Things. I had not shipped my customer's wig because it was a custom order. My custom orders take 4-8 weeks to make. She ordered on June 18, and today is the July 1, my customer's wig is being made. I also had some personal issues to occur that I could not control, which delayed my response to my customer Lena. I have refunded her money in full $120.44. I am a fair and honest seller, and I do not ripoff my customers.
