No need to waste your time or effort in filing reports with the BBB on-line. They will NOT do anything for you and make NO EFFORT to actually resolve any issue. If you do not readily accept the "so-called" resolution of the merchant in question, they will simply close your complaint. Completely worthless organization to the consumer in every way
