Barcelona appliances Barcelona home appliances (they have many). I purchased and paid for a refrigerator in February, 2022. I received the fridge, but shortly afterwards the ice maker wasnt working properly and it was leaking. After many calls, texts, a lot of aggrevation, they agreed to replace the fridge. They promised i would send me the exact same model fridge, but delivered a different fridge. After a short time this ice maker was making ice and wouldn't stop (so i had to turn the ice maker off all the time). Again after many complaints they sent a technician, he couldn't figure out the issue, he said he needed to speak to someone higher up. Later i was told something in the mother board was broken; they were going to change the fridge. I told them I wanted the fridge and they should repair it, but they wouldnt. I asked for a refund but they refused. I waited a long time, but finally got another fridge. I asked them to please check the fridge 100% before sending it, they told me they tested it in the warehouse. I recieved the fridge, the first day everything was great, but two days later, this ice maker doesnt make ice. Once again i call them, now they are ignoring me, wont answer my text (for months). I finally spoke to someone, they sent a technician, he said the part was broken and had to be replaced. He came back with the wrong part. So he took the ice maker with him (that was in March), i have no ice maker or water dispenser. I finally spoke to someone who i think was the owner, he accused me of breaking my fridges. Now im still waiting for the ice maker. They sent me an email saying that it wasnt in stock, but by the 15th of May they didnt receive it they would figure out what else to do. I wrote them on the 18th, 24, 31st, no answer. Today i called the same person, they told me to buy my own part and they will reimburse me, i asked him why i would trust him. Again he accused me of breaking my fridges, he also said the warranty was expired, so i told him it was under warranty when it broke.
