ROOM: 5911 Stay: February 1-4 2022

If you enjoy being ROBBED  and put at HIGH RISK  for COVID-19 this is the place for you!

Came to town for a wedding. A quick 3 night 4 day trip. While checking in a front desk rep by the name of Don was eager to switch our room. Claiming the jets in the tub didn't work in the room they currently had us in. Though we thought it was strange a bit, we had no reason To think it was a potential set up. We know better now.

We head to the room and found in order to get to the elevators you must show a guard a key and you must be wearing a Mask. An appreciated extra layer of protection. However, it's all for show. Right up until the last night of our stay things were fine. We had not requested any room service, had DND on the door our entire stay. There should not have been anyone in our room!

Conveniently on the last night of our stay we left the room for a few hours to hang with some friends. We came back to find over $7,000 worth of our personal items STOLEN. We reported it immediately with the hotel staff/security and the local police. Hotel staff literally could not have cared less. They swiftly accused us of leaving the door open or losing keys in the casino.

All the while we had been closing the door successfully for days and we had the 2 keys they provided in our possession. The excuses were bogus and insulting. More over, doesn't the guard have to check the room key before you came even access the elevator??? So how could a random person have done this? They also claimed to not have any cameras on that floor.

To add insult to injury the security guard by the name of sapphire had the audacity to laugh in our face and say "that's Vegas for you". After obviously being plotted on by hotel staff we felt majorly uncomfortable. Like sitting ducks. Fearful of what the unknown person might've touched, possibly coughed on, or sneezed putting us at a health risk. Hoping whoever did this doesn't want to come back for the rest of our things.

Unable to sleep, unable to whine down. I attempted to have our accommodations changed as I did not feel safe. It was not offered to me. Instead I was told to wait for the police so that they can take a report.

The next day I requested to speak with a manager, I was greeted by Assistant Manager Brittany. Her demeanor was cold and unempathetic. She made it so that I had to pull teeth for any information and refused to provide a copy of the report I filed with them the night before.

Currently I have not heard anything for Bally's Las Vegas. I was not provided a timeframe and was denied paperwork on the matter. If you value your physical and mental health I would avoid patronizing Bally's Las Vegas. They stripped us and the effects are still lingering as I'm paranoid in my regular life now.
