My 19 year old daughter sign-up up with BAlly's to take advantage of a free 30 day trial membership. Next she knew she was getting bills to pay for the 2 year membership that came in small print with the free trial. She tried to straighten this out with Ballys and then a collection agency, Asset Acceptance started calling.
After a few months of being harassed by the collection agency, with almost daily phone calls,my daughter gave them her checking acoount information. Asset Acceptance is taking money from her account every month.
Bally's says they can't do anything because it's been turned over to a collection agency, The collection agency says they have to collect ...the end.
