Bally's Total Fitness Health Club Contract Bad Customer Service Wayne New Jersey
This Bally's facility made a verbal agreement that despite my son's slightly young age, we could use the babysitting facilities available. The promise was made PRIOR to the signing of the contract, and the signature was contingent on this being the case. The contract was not ammended to include this information.
On my wife's first visit to the facility, she was told our son was too young for the babysitting services and that she could not use them. This has prevented her from using the facility.
Bally's said they would conduct an investigation, which yielded no results and was never addressed by Bally's again.
Requests to pull previous call recordings were ignored.
Also, we were told if we moved 28 miles or more away from the location, we could end the contract. We moved to North Carolina, more than 600 miles away, but since there is a Bally's location within 25 miles, we are now being told that the contract is non-terminable. Bally's is the most unethical organization I have ever dealt with.
Bally's cannot be trusted to run their facilities honorably, and I would never think about leaving my son is a Bally's employee's care.
