domenic "dom" carcieri and his band of cohorts, including police, hire poor, low-class, less fortunate, immigrants to stage car accidents using expensive, valuable, late-model vehicles driven through rich neighborhoods. but dont worry the vehicle will be sufficiently large enough that at least you'll be safe. he'll even have someone waiting near by to pick you up so you can go back to the police station and write the report together. then claim false injuries so he can then blame innocent people and make insurance companies pay for his fraudulent activity.
also involved is susan cicillini-buonano through her connections on the town council of narragansett, her father, the largest mafia lawyer in new england, her brother a made mafia memeber, and her other brother...former providene mayor and current and soon to be former u.s. congressman david cicillini, whos own skeletons coming out of the closet are bringing him home.
