ATT Cellular So very displeased make sure you read all and shop around because it is really getting bad with them...
ATT Cellular So my husband lost his cell phone in November. We called ATT and we were offered a deal to commit to a new FREE phone with a new phone number so we agreed. The phone was delivered to our home with a representative to go over the phone.
My husband has big hands and the person on the phone said the one we were getting was big enough. So we called the very next day and they told us to return it to them via USPS- so we did and that the same offer would be honored at the store. However, ALL Lies! We get to the store and they said it would be done and STEPHANIE said we should see it on the next bill.
It too me up until today to get that one returned cell off of my account and off my bill! So from December to February!. They will do and say what ever it takes to have business, I've been a customer for a very long time and I've never been so deceived so bad. I cancelled my DTV and my internet because of this as well. So very displeased make sure you read all and shop around because it is really getting bad with them...
