I find it outrageous that AT&T charges $65 a month for service that half the time doesn't work and when there's an issue, which every month I have five or six issues where I have to call AT&T in which an average of 3 days to finally reach somebody from AT&T because my service doesn't work but they charge you $65 a month for service that you can't use and then when you call service at 611 they have an automated system and you have to hit the same button and say the same answer 16 times before it brings you to the right location and then as they're connecting you to an operator? they hang up on you.

AT&T does not have any customer service all they care about is taking your money they can care less that you do not have phone service that I'm paying for... AT&T doesn't work and nobody will answer the phone when you call for help AT&T sucks. I'm going to be going to Metro PCS.

 I am trying to cancel my service and cancel my auto pay that I set up with AT&T. I'm not going to pay for a cell phone when the cell phone doesn't work AT&T It has no signal no internet and they charge you $65 a month this service is not worth more than $4.00 a month and they won't let me stop my auto-pay because I'm going with a new service provider because AT&T service is absolutely pathetic. I called my credit card and put a stop to auto payment because AT&T until I sign their agreement will not allow me to cancel it.

The web page will not allow me to go to the cancellation of auto-pay until I agree to sign their terms of agreement that I cannot Sue AT&T for any services that they do not provide that it must go to arbitration and not Court. In which I will not sign and they won't allow me to use the website until I agree to AT&T scam that they know they can steal from their customers and not be sued. I will not agree to that because I will bring them to court.

 And they can care less because they don't have anybody at the building to answer the phone calls coming in, everybody complains about AT&T. Why does the federal government put them out of business? I can't even dial 911 from my cell phone and nobody answers the phone at AT&T it's just automated and there's nobody would with a pulse to answer the phone and fix the problem with the cell phone service. AT&T Free Msg: Your voicemail password has been reset. If this was done in error, please call 611 or 800.901.9878 to speak with a representative.

 Once they sell you their phone and take your money for service that they do not provide you, when you have a problem keep on calling 611? they don't answer it and they have a stupid automated machine that doesn't direct you to the right Department. AT&T should be put out of business. All they do is Rob your service and steal your money.

They should Rename the company to criminalized AT&T cell phone company that charges you and does not provide you with service. They sent me a text the other day skating since I didn't sign the contract they bound me to it that I can't sue AT&T that it has to go to arbitration? What crap is AT&T pulling on customers? This is because they know they're criminals so I'm canceling my service I'm going to MetroPCS today to get a phone.
