Arnold His phone number is +1 (214) 934-8289. Do not use this guy because he will rip you off. He will say a lot is wrong and there is not much. He likes to take advantage of people with no knowledge in the field of work he is doing. He is very nice but just know he tried to rip me off. Get other quotes from other contractors. Will try to tell you A lot is wrong with job and will be very minor. Will charge a lot and not do job properly. Like for instance if he is painting and it needs primer , if you are not watching then he will just paint color and take the primer. Also will tell you a lot is wrong so he can charge high dollar for something not needing repair.
