Four months ago I opened a CheckCard account bank mailed my account details, along with PrivacyGuard information. Prior to this no one could get a credit report or score on me. PrivacyGuard said they would help me find it and Give me free report for 12.99. Gave the option to cancel after I accessed report.

When I went on line to obtain it I had problems. I wanted to cancel but they said I had to see my report first. A couple days later they P.Guard/Savingsmart started charging my checkcard 29.95 several times,12.99 several times.

Then my bank contacts me to let my know I was overdrawn. This is when I realized what they were doing. My bank was successful in getting my funds back. They give me cancellation numbers and all was good.

Two weeks later the bank contacts me and informed me I was overdrawn again. They drained my account again. My bank immediately canceled my card. The two companies claimed they tried to refund my money but could not, because account was closed so they mailed the check to me. Have not received it. the bank dropped 500.00 in overcharges.

I recieve unemployment. My payments go on my Unemployment debit card. I just found out that Privacymatters? whoever they are, stole one week of my unemployment benifits. I hope the state gets involved to help me get my weekly benifit back.
