The Animal foundation-TAP This counselor at the Shelter acted like a gestapo! Las Vegas Nevada
I forgot to get her name yesterday, but it can be tracked down. When I called today, her co-workers refused to give me her name. I want everyone to know that they will have an extremely long wait time once you are there. Your telephone calls will be put into a cue when you call them by phone, and then, you are put onto a waiting list when you arrive there. There is NO guarantee you will be seen the same day!
I know there are not many people waiting to bust their doors down! The restrooms are out of order and the counselor I saw was very nasty to me! SDhe made nme await for over an hour! The desk clerk said she would see me after she was done with the other couple. But after she was finished, she wandered off to another section of the shelter and did something else. Meanwhile, I am standing there waiting to be seen by this gem!
When she finally asked me querstions about the dog I was interested in adopting, she did not let me get a word in EDGEWISE. I sat there dumbfounded at such horrible customer service! When I went out to the yard there was pigeon crap all over the grounds. Pigeons are scavangers. But the Animal Foundation had a bucket of bird seed on their grounds to feed the filthy pigeons. This place and that blonde haired counselor needs to be investigated!
