Andrzej Lazarus has an established pattern of not paying employees for their labor, despite oral and text based promises, in one instancd bilking an employee for $3K in unpaid wages and then tricking them into listing themselves as a non-employee contractor so he not only avoided paying wages for hours of trucking work (in at least one instance to a VETERAN) but also made the employee he defrauded pay taxes on the wages Andrzej never paid.
Do not at any cost risk working FOR or WITH any organization or business involving Andrzej Lazarus (or any of his aliases). He has shown a willingness for not only tax fraud but wage fraud, any agreements or contracts you make with him could very well be a scam or simply never upheld. Andrzej waited months and months promising a senior citizen American veteran the THOUSANDS of dollars the vet had earned by working for his trucking company and then not only ignored all communications but tricked this elderly man into having to pay taxes on these unpaid wages. THIS MAN IS A FRAUD..
