On March 27, 2004 I received, what looked like a greeting card in my mail.  It was from, my mortgage company, Ameriquest Mortgage.  The letter informed me that my mortgage had been, paid in full.  The principal balance of your loan, the letter said, was zero.

Attached was an affadavit of lost note, signed by Agnes Sabchez, the warehouse manager in Orange California.  The attachment was notarized by Eric A. Miller  comm # 1391456.

This affadavit  was signed in 2003 yet I had only received it in 2006.  I paid Ameriquest for three years without knowing my loan was paid in full.  They kept every payment.

Not only that, they foreclosed on my home by coming to Florida and bribing officials.  Ameriquest stole my home.

Then they reported to the IRS that the home was worth 331,000 dollars when the listed value was 131,0000.

Now that they know that I am not dead, they want to have me sign some shabby settlement agreement.
I say no.  Somebody at Ameriquest is going to do some serious jail time.  I want everyone to know that if Ameriquest did this to me, they must have certainly done ti to many others.

Do not let them get away with it.  Contact the IRS, find out what the mortgge companies are attempting to stick you with if your home was foreclosed on.

Make sure you keep your records, and write about it, everywhere you can.  The Rip off Report is a great place to start. Wehn I found that some one had attempted to take this site down, I started writing about it and I have not stopped writing about it.

Band together.  If you want to get with me on this and let me help you with forms, I would be more than happy to do so.  The first form I am going to file, is the 982, it discharges debt on principal property.

Ameriquest is attempting to stick me with a 94,000 dollar bill.  I say no.  And guess what, they owe me for the house they stole from  me, my time and effort.

And I am determined Ameriquest brass will spend more than a little time behind bars.  Ameriquest is a nasty sore on top of a deep wound.  We must get to the wound that is maligning our country and wash it clean.  Don't give up keep going, no matter how hard it gets.  Keep going!
