I secured a home water insurance plan and developed a leak in my mainline. When I called their contact I was routed to the Philipines and they stated that they could not get a plumber out for 3 weeks. When I explained to them that I was losing 180 GPH of water they stated they were only the middle man and could not help me any further. I told them this is not what I had signed up for and it was nowhere in their contract that I could ascertain. When I asked for an onshore contact at corporate they stated that they don't give out that information, After a gargantuan search I was finally able to find a contact in the U.S. I was told that they would be sending a check for 7970.00 if I signed an agreement and agreed not to litigate against them. This was several weeks ago. My emails although being read due to read receipts are going unanswered. They are licensed to do business in many states with Arizona being one of them.
