I had my Air Conditioner go out suddently and it is was an emergency. I have an elderly person living with me. I made the request on 7/29/2022, a Friday, in the morning. The air conditioning company called the next day saying they could not even look at the unit until the following Wednesday.
It was over 100 degrees so I had to get service. I called another provider and they came out the same day charging no additional fee.
I can never get anyone on the phone at AHS unless I wait over an hour. I don't have time for this. No chat system. They still try to collect the $100 service fee from me.
