One, they very few Americans answering the phones, They say their names are Bob, Tom, Mike,and they are in Chicago Phoenix or New Yuk. However, the Indian accent is so thick you can hear the goats.
They say if they can't fix it, they'll replace it. The tank on my toilet was leaking at a crack by the bolts in the bottom of the tank. They do not make just the tank any longer, so the denied the claim. Wouldn't replace the whole toilet. Dishwasher went down, they offered a GE similar. During the negotiations, I wrote on the delivery instructions, to be delivered any day after 3 PM. They called on Friday, saying it would be there at around 7 am the following Tuesday. I had to be there to let them in (I drove 90 miles each way. ) The thing was damaged and I reiterated the delivery terms. Next week, they do the same thing. I said I could not be there, and then I was bullied into committing or a 25 % restock fee and try again.
When I complained and asked for a supervisor, the argued with me then said one would reach me in 48 hours.
Unbelievable all the games, lies, and passing the buck.
I recommend NEVER Using them or anyone else who has a foreigner, who lies to you, answer the phone. WHAT A SCAM!! THEY SHOULD PAY MY MEDICAL EXPENSES FOR THE HOURS OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND ANXIETY THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED. It wasn't just one phone call but every time I called them and their incompetent third parties. That is not Service.
