Complaint Review: Amazon.com - Seattle Washington

On January 14th an air purifier I purchased off Amazon caught on fire my kids and I lost nearly all of our clothing and most of it was brand new everything but what was in the dirty clothes basket and in the dryer and I was told we would receive compensation for the damages I received a refund and a 100$ promo that was given to me for the mistreatment I was already receiving at the time and no that is not compensation nor was it said to be compensation either not to mention we lost at least 5000$ in stuff and we did everything asked and we’re made to wait on claims filed off and investigations only to findout there was no investigations ever filed for 4 weeks and it was filed for the first time on February 16th at 10:44pm she said it was in the top 5 and I’d hear back in 24-48hrs and that’s when I began to notice this loud beep every single time a rep answered the phone when I’d call in (888-280-4331) or (800-388-5512) or when I’d receive a call on the cal back service and it was the same exact group of reps every day no matter what I did and I’ve had the same reps frequent my chat since day 1 I’d say 99% the same people all the time and they wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else on the phone or chat no matter what I’d always hear the same people constantly and they do not deny it they say “this is my first time talking to you” and when asked how they know that , you hear crickets they are speechless or they ignore it.  Both of my numbers were blocked from receiving calls on the callback service over 90% of the 17 weeks since this began my numbers were also blocked from calling all Amazon numbers for over a week and they blamed my phone service providers for all of it which that was not the problem by any means. My calls have been intercepted for 13 weeks at least , I found a number in my Verizon phone account that my calls were being forwarded to it was ((206) 589-8332)

 They have access to everything I have emails in my Amazon account messages from these people they sometimes change their names on the phone but on chat they alter their names sometimes but if i call them out they own it or they ignore it. But for the most part they keep their names the same on there. These people on my chat are in India I have discovered the exact same names on scam sites and it has been admitted on one of the scam sites (WAAAAY AFTER THIS ALL BEGAN WITH THEM AT AMAZON) that they work for Amazon then I began seeing the same people repeatedly on those india scam sites that are on my chat and I have many screenshots and recordings to prove it when I call them out on my Amazon shopping app chat. I recently discovered the same people on a very large cooperations site profitting a lot of money i was in shock it was an accidental discovery but it’s under investigation so I can’t disclose the name yet or what I found but when it’s done I will but it all comes full circle I have been made fun of on chat for having a disability that rep went way to far I cried the entire night idk how many times I’ve told them all that with my disability everything is intensified and i mean everything and my view of the world is different than everyone else’s and that I can’t grasp a lot easily ect.. it’s truly been what I call my curse in life and I have sent proof many times and nothing has been done, nothing has been done about any of this I have never been so changed and hurt in my life,  i trust no one now I’ve been provided false promises and reassurance more times than I care to count to be honest it’s too much. I’ve been laughed at on the phone many times, another thing that is frequently occurring is the reps answering and not saying a word til I hang up or until I say something first. I can prove EVERYTHING I’ve stated, they won’t let me view my prior chat history very rarely can I that’s why I screenshot/screen record as I go and I record some of my calls as well and I’ve got some that prove it all and they will all prove the same people on my chat and on phone as well. That’s also how I know some of my chats are missing because when a new rep comes onto my chat after one leaves I’ll say “re read” so I don’t got to repeat myself and once a rep said “read what” I’m like what do you mean and I seen the chats with a rep named Yolonda that I just got done chatting with, we’re missing and I’ve also had reps on the phone say they can’t see certain chats I’m like “what do you mean!? I have the screenshots right here I was on there at this time with the rep” I’ve also had new reps (when I get a new person very rarely say they don’t see any emails from me for a long period of time and I’ve send MANY in that time and it’s so insane! I have done nothing but try to get help and I’ve not been helped at all. They locked me out of my account after I discovered one of their scams outside of Amazon called Onlinelegalindia.com and one of the “usuals” told me to behave myself and I hung up and directly after I get an email that my account is locked and further information is needed to regain access and they requested my SSN I made a case about it on AWS and AWS said it came from customer service (I knew that) and then customer service (the same awful people) said it came from AWS I can’t make this stuff up and I got proof of all of it but it is still unfathomable! But that site online legal india is where it was admitted they work for amazon when I went onto Google and typed in “legal help against amazon” (way after all of this began) and that site came up first and I thought (idk why lol) that since I’ve been having trouble with amazon india reps the whole time that they could help me and they have a chat form as well that’s when it .was admitted to working for amazon bc I recognized the name of the person I was chatting with and asked and he said YES!!! If you go onto Trustpilot and search that site you’ll see the same names I have thousands of screenshots of reviewing their scam site over 8000x it is NOT something i take lightly at all and that site is not legit also I’m fully aware the two are unrelated but the FACT that the same people are on my Amazon shopping app live chat and it’s been admitted they work for Amazon as well just takes my breath away. Yes I’m also fully aware how flipping INSANE ALL of this is so imagine how I feel. Read this all more than once and try to fully understand it before you respond and try to understand that it is hard to understand and explain everything  in a way that is easy to fully understand in text Is hard. 

Early on in all of this I found myself locked out of my account and I called the number on Amazon’s website to call to get help like it said and it was one digit longer than a US number which I thought was weird but on the other end was a SEX HOTLINE!!!! I thought no darn way so I took a 0 away thinking maybe it was a mistake and it was still a sex hotline and my daughter and my boyfriend heard it the first time and having to explain that to my 7yo was ... an experience to say the least. So i inform amazon and send a screenshot, these reps didn’t care, didn’t apologize they didn’t even try to deny it or offer any explanation then I later got an email addressed to my 7yo daughter regarding the situation and that should never happen ever! I was also told the air purifier would not be sold on Amazon anymore nor would the seller be selling on Amazon anymore yet both are still on Amazon and the seller and the manufacturer has ignored me this entire time. I used prime and the air purifier order ending in 9803 was fulfilled by Amazon and I have so many screenshots with reps telling me to wait on my compensation assuring me I’d get it and making me wait on false investigations and claims for compensation and even less than two weeks ago agent Swaraj said he could issue me my 5k compensation and that he would and of course lied to again. I don’t understand why Amazon has turned a blind eye to all of this i am emotionally and mentally scarred, my view on this world is forever altered in the most negative way I cannot wrap my head around any of it, I’ve lost sooo much sleep up wondering what the heck they want with me, why me!?, why do they hate me?? What did I do to them? It’s heartbreaking it’s devastating and it’s scary. I WANT MY LIFE BACK AND MY KIDS DESERVE THE MOM THEY KNOW THE BEST BACK THEY DESERVE THE HAPPY VERSION OF ME! I have been lied to hundreds of times 95% of the emails I’ve received are from the same people I’ve been dealing with they change their names on the phone but not so much on chat or i either DIDNT INQUIRE ABOUT AT ALL OR THEY ARE STATING THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF THE INTERACTION WE HAD, like one instance was a very bad phone conversation and afterwards i get an email from that person saying what a delight is was assisting me and how wonderful I am... I call it a Virtual throat punch it urks my soul. OR i get emails that have absolutely nothing to do with my query what so ever, also a virtual throat punch. They have virtually whopped my a*s, they have stripped me of the person I was before any of this began, they have caused so much emotional and mental anguish, this has hurt many of my relationships with my loved ones especially myself and my boyfriend and my children. I pray that someone will finally help me I’m only one person I have done absolutely everything but sue and I’m doing my very best to avoid that, as I truly am emotionally and mentally exhausted to a degree that has taking so much from me I NEED RELIEF NOW. Please help me! This is incredibly sad and none of this is exaggerated in the slightest. I have screenshots that would make anyone’s eyes about pop out their heads in disbelief as well as recordings that would break hearts and change the way Amazon is seen completely and I want to believe that amazon don’t know all of this but they likely do. I’ve posted so many times on Amazon’s social media’s I’ve tired like heck to get around these people. NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY NO ONE WILL HELP ME OR WHY THIS IS HAPPENING AT ALL LET ALONE 17 WEEKS IN IS KILLING ME!! I can’t understand what don’t you guys understand about that? I don’t get it I feel like standing in front of thousands and thousands of people jumping up and down whaling my hands like my life depends on it and I’m invisible and that is not something i wish on anyone, it is unlike anything i have ever experienced and it is so extremely heart wrenching and indescribable. So my email for the first at least half of the 17 weeks on the same account was [email protected] then I changed it to [email protected] SAME ACCOUNT I have changed it briefly to a couple others SAME ACCOUNT in attempts to get around these people and my number for the majority of the time was (7405065852) changing my number didn’t do any good. I even had a rep just yesterday say "SO what" when I called him out for being a hacker and a scammer.

Amazon does not care one bit. Im traumatized I'm lost as to what to do now.
