Hello, I came to this instance in a cry for help.

 

I am or was a frequent customer, both of your store, services and devices.

But I had this incident, I put this brief summary and then I will put the same letter that I addressed to amazon mail.

I’m Paraguayan(South America) with a location in USA.

Before I begin, I must say that when requesting customer service. No one provides their full name or anything that tells me I'm not talking to a machine, second, they use different people all the time, third, all the emails you send are one way, so to continue my case I almost had to contact again a dozen times, causing me to waste a lot of time.

 

On November 23 2022, I buyed a order, it had a delivery date Monday, November 28, which never arrived and I got a Delivery message rescheduled but did not show any date of arrive, I contacted customer service again, they answered me,  wrote the following: "If you do not receive your package before Monday, December 5, 2022 at 3:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, contact us again and we can investigate this issue further", so being 6:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time I contacted Amazon again to tell them that had not yet arrived. I was answered with the assistant, who proceeded to send me a replacement at no additional cost.

At no time does he mention that he canceled the previous order or that I canceled manually

That same day in the afternoon, I check the app of my courier, which tells me that I have a package in my locker. After knowing this, I contacted the customer service chat again, he attended me with an amazon personal to tell him that the order is arriving twice, for which he mentions that thanks to him it would be free of charge.

  He said if I want to can stay, being confused, added to the research that I carry out in forums with other buyers of the platform, I consider that the total equipment would not have any cost at all. In addition to a vague response to the Khols service, which at that time I thought was a service or internal product of their and the Mr. evades giving me a concise answer.

 

I let it pass, as Amazon did not send any notification about the order (it just arrived on 11/12).

On the 9th I had the first order with me and the other day after.

From my currier. For which both teams are in Paraguay, i both paid for freight. which reached approximately 100us each. I contact you again for advice, it should be noted that no person in charge correctly read my chat history, and they ignored it.

For that, irequested that: They take responsibility, talk to UPS Paraguay and pay for the shipment from Paraguay to the United States. Or give me another solution. or have someone contact me.

Someone professional, because the 02/01/2023 I called amazon. They promising me that I had to send my shipping invoice and that Amazon would take care of the international currier payment. This treatment was not reflected in the email that they sent me after hanging up. I called again and was rudely attended to by another member of customer service-Spanish.  they said me what that is impossible.
