Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Amazon should have a class action lawsuit filed against them/it for unfair, unsound business practices. Also for usury violations along with property conversion. They have extorted funds from me, and I am sure millions of others, using unsound, unreasonable, actually ridiculous policy, violating my consumer rights and violating most or all business ethics laws, on various commerce levels, to the nth degree! I don't understand why commerce and internet regulations in place already, have not protected us, the consumer, at all. Or is it blackmail? If we don't agree to taxation, we are left hanging out to dry! Millions of people sell things everywhere. The internet proves that. It is buyer beware sure! But what about the sellers of wares on websites? Amazon, eBay and online Discount stores are existing on the backs of the consumer and they act as though they are doing us a favor. Why is it that this company, Amazon, is not set up legally to do business with us? No contacts worth a d**n, no real smart people working there, most contact numbers are continuous loops to nowhere or India, and problems just grow larger and larger. They hide their contact info, email addresses, phone numbers are a joke, and force customers to send emails to more stupid people! WE ALREADY KNOW AMAZON DOESN'T CARE AT ALL! THEY DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO US AND EXPECT THAT WE HAVE TO TAKE IT! Not one attorney has stepped up to the plate on behalf of the ONLINE consumer. Is there an eCommerce Law attorney? 40 calls later and I am still trying to get my money back. What is wrong with that picture? The word HATE is coming into vogue with me! There is even a list to go with it! Such as I HATE AMAZON! I HATE EBAY! I HATE STORES! Another word comes to mind! LOVE! I love keeping MY MONEY! I LOVE NOT BUYING AT AMAZON, EBAY OR WALMART! I LOVE NOT USING A CHARGE CARD AND KEEPING EVEN MORE OF MY OWN MONEY! I think its called the winds of change. Don't they know that people can take just so much before they say enough is enough! Even this website is just a venting place. Nothing ever really gets done! Just talk! Like Amazon! Just like Amazon! If they even have a legal department, the consumer needs more than a list of referral phone numbers, just to listen to downright ugly music for hours on end, talk to someone for 30 seconds, then get transferred to more ugly music, then someone else that asks so many stupid questions, too fast, with an accent that you can't understand, to supposedly verify a caller, -that the caller forgets why they called in the first place. If you have that creepy music in your head you would too! Paypal, an eBay Co., has a sermon on the mount with how to tell their stupid, no intelligence deficiency afflicted caller, how to use paypal.com, as if they didn't know that! Gee, why would they have to call then?  This guy doesn't even take a breath! Maybe we will hang up because of it! It is worse than downright ugly music! I want interest for the money that Amazon has held hostage on my account, simply because another intelligence deficient person there put it in the wrong category for payments. No intelligent life there! Scotty, beam me up! Please!

At least it's now legible.  I could not get through your message before, perhaps you should re-write it using paragraphs.

You lack credibility in your response!

You stated a request for me to use paragraphs.

I can understand that because it would be better to use the broken up blocks of 2-3 sentences as recommended.

But, when you state it is one long run on sentence, your credibility goes out the window.

You would not know a run on sentence if it walked up to you and said hello.

You see, you are focused on the messenger and writing abilities, and not the message.

That is a defective way to respond, and very negative. Why did you bother wasting your own time?

Many people are not used to writing here on this site, and cannot be perfect as you must demand.

I would bet that you have no thoughts that involve others because you must certainly be perfect in your own, self absorbed way.

Do these simple declarative sentences live up to your must-be-perfect standards?

Or, you could get a life!

I can barely get through your tirade.  Most of it is one long run on sentence.

You think that your wannabe one liners were , what, cute? Childish is more like it. Can you put bigger words together to make a real sentence? At least I can improve. You will still be an insulting idiot, since there is no cure for stupid. I noticed a real smart person stated what needed to be said, using those really big words. Check it out. Give it a try!

Report:
Okay, Amazon has changed so much of its selling features that the sellers pretty much have to fend for themselves. If you sell an item as I did, you may or may not get paid for it, as I did not. I contend that for a buyer to keep a product and not pay for it is conversion. The seller, me, is out the item and the money. Who cares? Amazon does not! If anyone tries to get a thing taken care of, as I did, it is nearly impossible. Meanwhile, there is no way to fix it. The seller is powerless against this huge, huge redundant system called customer service! They have this new thing called 'reserve.' If money is held in this category, it means you cannot touch it. It may be a new buyer's funds withheld, to be returned to an old buyer, because a buyer from long ago, bought something and now suddenly has changed their mind. The buyer clicks online, 'it is not exactly as described.' And that's all there is to it! They are NOT even asked to return the item! But as the seller, I am out funds that came from some other buyer. I am expected to use my own money to ship that new item, because Amazon withheld their payment funds. I am also expected to ship within two days or I am a bad seller! I have shipped LATE! If the money is not paid and cleared, I am not doing it for free or out of my own pocket! Instead, I wait for an eternity to get the funds. The new buyer has no idea why it takes so long to get their item, and the seller that is being prudent and careful, gets blamed, once again. And they (Amazon) call this customer service! I contend that as a seller, I am a customer too! If it weren't for sellers there would be no buyers! I know, I know, it is the chicken and the egg dilemma. But if one spoke on a gear breaks down the gear stops working. Amazon has captured the market on broken gears! Now, I still try to get this taken care of, 40 calls later, and I have to start from scratch each and every time to get to the point where I thought I left off, trying to have someone take care of this. I am told to write an email about the same thing, over and over and over again. I just copy-pasted after the first ten or so. I am told by a customer service rep in India, that this is a good way to get their attention! (And they think sellers believe this)! When this email is sent at all, Amazon sends a scripted, no-reply email that never address the problem. It only states how to make a complaint! And you would think that there is interest piling up on that money that as a seller, I do not have access to. Who gets that? Not me, the seller! So you see, the sellers have no rights. They are as slave laborers to Amazon and eBay too! Wal-Mart used slave labor when Kathy Lee Gifford was bragging about her line of products. They were made by children outside of this country for slave wages. How do we know they have stopped? Is there anyone really watching? Today? eBay just right-out tells everyone the buyer is everything, and the seller is dirt, as far as they are concerned, "eBay Buyer protection up to $1000." policy! Yeah, right! So much for the seller! Remember, sellers are NOT all businesses! They are also individuals. And who ever dreamed up this "Item not exactly as described" was a marketing genius. How can the selling consumer ever really live up to such an unrealistic ideal? They can't! It is virtually impossible, especially when an item is used. Who decides these outcomes? We don't know! They just take the money from the seller's bank/credit card accounts once they arbitrarily decide by a ghost vote, (since we do not know if they are even qualified to do such a thing), that they want the buyer to get their money back. Now the only thing different about eBay is that they require and wait for the item to be returned.  Here is the thing, -The item can be returned ruined and the buyer STILL gets their money back. Even though THEY, the buyer, destroyed the item trying to figure out how it worked. eBay's customer service is a game of Hide-and-Seek! Their site states, "Here is the link to contact us." Then when it gets clicked, it takes you to the help page topics again! Their customer service is an endless stream of frustration. I have to admit. My initial RANT felt so good! It helped clear out some of the frustration for the moment. This may seem like one too. I know emotion does not get a point across but you know, it is hard not to get emotional when no one hears you, all million of the sellers going through this. But,if we agree to be taxed on the internet then many governments besides the U.S. will step in and regulate companies under the guise of keeping us safe from being ripped off. Well, that ruse doesn't work for me, because I think governments really just don't like all the competition! If we stop spending money so freely, as we were taught so well to do, we could actually be taken seriously. Our government doesn't know how to save money and they taught us everything we know about our money. So how are we to know? Our government gets their charge card (debt ceiling) limits raised, we Americans get a notice about paying an over-the-limit-fee, or your account has been suspended notice and fee, or an ATM usage fee, or a too-many-withdrawals-fee, or a monthly service fee and more. Why not an opened-an-account fee? They missed one! So we are stuck being ripped off, and walked on like doormats. Who do we see for that?

That was an impressive rant, but you never explained how you were ripped off by any of the companies you called out.
