Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Beware! Beware! Beware! These lying scam Artists messed up my Granddaughter’s Prom Day!!! I have never been so disappointed in a business like I have with this company. They are liars, unreliable, and their Limos do not look like what they advertise.  They are the worst of the worst and falsely advertise their service. They can't deny this report because I have several witnesses who witnessed it all. Do not use their Limo service. Here is why...

I made an inquiry to Sky1 Worldwide Limousines LLC on Bark.com for a Stretch  Limo. Right after, I received a text from AllStars offering their Limousine Service. I decided to use their service. After going back and forth trying to get a reasonable fee as they were tripling their fee per hour,  we executed a contract and I paid a Deposit and we confirmed a Stretch Limo for 5 Hours to arrive at 7:00pm on May 20, 2023. The students were excited!!! We all were. I received confirmation all the way up to 5:00 pm on the day of the prom. At 6:45pm I received a call from AllStars stating that the Limousine driver was stuck in the freeway due to an accident and that they would send a Party Bus instead. I refused the Party Bus and demanded a Limo as my contract stated . I went back and forth with them about the Limousine not being there...They told me to call the Limo Driver, which I did. The conversation with the Limo Driver revealed a different story than what Alllstars had told me. The Driver said he that he was told to arrive at 7:30pm, which is after the contracted time and that there was no accident on the freeway and that he was in Inglewood. I already knew there was no accident because we had guests that drove on all of the freeways to arrive to see my granddaughter off and they had no traffic problems. I called AllStars back and told them what the Limo Driver said. AllStars said they would call me back.  At 7:50pm, I was called by the Limo Driver that he was at my location. We all went downstairs excited to see the Limo only to see an old Dirty, Party Bus that smelled like Mildew, with a Stripper Pole, which is inappropriate for students. I called AllStars and told them that I was not paying for the Party Bus and demanded another Limo. AllStars said either I take the Party Bus or they would cancel my Contract. I refused to accept that filthy Party Bus and sent the Driver on his way. He didn't even have a suit Jacket on the way their website shows how they should be dressed. One of the parents had to Uber her Daughter and her date and my granddaughter's date's father had to take them and pick them up!

How embarrassing this was for everyone and it caused them to be an hour late. I requested a refund of my deposit and although I received it, I am livid about how AllStars worldwide misrepresented themselves. My experience was negative and I felt scammed. I believe they purposely took my deposit knowing they didn't have a stretch Limo and planned sending the party bus, thinking I would go for it but I didn't. I asked to speak to Mike or a Supervisor and was told together was not one. Allstar Limo are scam artists. Their website looks like they are professional but they are not. Do not use this Limousine Service.
