I bought a 2A4Life Biometric Safe in January, 2021. I immediately set up the Finger Print Biometric Opening. Last week I asked my brother to open the safe using the combination. He decided to use his finger print instead and it OPENED. I tried every fingerprint on BOTH HANDS and it opened for all my fingers. i RESET THE SAFE using their original instructions, including removing and replacing the batteries.
I immediately tried the biometric finger print and it opened for all my fingers without going through the procedure of setting up a finger print. I contacted Customer NO SERVICE and they messaged me back saying that since it had been longer than 90 days my claim could NOT be honored. I did not know there was a electronice problem until an accidental use by my brother. NOW I have a Biometric Safe that can be opened by ANYONE with a FINGER, which is NONSENSE.
