Incident occurred online in a Facebook group where a photo was shared of employees regarding a bankrupt company known as Bally's Total Fitness.  This company got flushed down the toilet due to unreasonable sales practices, toxic working environments, bullying, corruption, lawsuits, hostile management in every level and notoriously known for employee theft.  Hard to believe?  Check out other reviews of Bally's by the TONS from past employees and members alike.  Don't even get me started on their BBB reports.

Unlike myself, there are obviously employees who embraced this toxic culture.  One decided to greet me in a hostile manner online that only Bally's Total Fitness would approve.  "Shocker."  I mentioned a particular manager who is so hostile and toxic (Wendy A Tilly), she puts Ellen Degeneres to shame.  One of her minions, ALFREDO MORALES (pics attached) who now works at Bank of Texas decided to continue Bally's legacy with personal attacks.  Please view image screenshots directly from facebook below.

This continuous culture of hostile interaction with both employees and members is what ultimately sank the ship.  Bally's didn't hire based on professionlism.  They wanted street hustlers who can pull numbers across the board in sales.  Aggressive sharks who's only loyal to bigger sharks and silencing whistleblowers about their practice is the game.  Game over pal.

Photos of interaction is clear proof of my experience with hostiles in every level of Bally's Total Fitness.  One of Alfredo Morales's friends Rudy Rivera of Dallas Texas even jumped in and wanted to meet me for a personal scuffle.  Says he would love to make fun of how I look among other things.  With street dudes like these running Bally's, who in their right mind would consider joining?

Amazing how they all jumped in and easily prove my point all along regarding hostile work environments.  Let's sum it up.  They made fun of my profile pic, called me names, attempted to ridicule and one wanted to meet me in public for a fight.  Sigh some things from Bally's never change I guess.  Now you can enjoy your potential banking with Alfredo Morales at Bank of Texas!  He's a "Relationship Manager" so I'm certain you'll be in good hands lol.  Good luck folks!
