AGM withholds driver pay in the form of escrow against potential malicious damage inflicted on the property due to driver dissatisfaction. The money is also used illegally to pay for regular maintenance and repairs after the driver leaves their employment. They also require W2 employees to use personal cell phones to download apps, giving their private numbers out to other drivers and brokers without asking. There is no reimbursement for use of phones or data.
