I purchased round trip flight JFK-EZE on 11/27/22 (depart flight 7/16/23 return flight 7/25/23). Without permission, on 5/26/23, they changed my return flight from 7/25/23 to 7/24/23 (& I can’t fly on 7/24/23). I unsuccessfully tried to contact them today (5/30/23) at (305) 648-4100 and kept getting disconnected waiting. I emailed the CEO, [email protected], and then received a response from Patricia Basiliades, who instructed me to file the claim online and then to email Ivan Marin ([email protected]) my new credit card info for the refund. I filed the claim and provided Ivan the info. Ivan refused to issue the refund. I had to purchase new tickets for the original travel dates through a different airline, because my dates are not flexible. Aerolineas had no right to unilaterally change my date of travel to a time that I can't travel and then refuse to refund me, especially after promising that they would. You can't trust this company!
