Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Or so I thought.  Times have been hard for us all. I have been the caregiver for my husband ALS 7 yrs sister diabetic coma woke up 4 months later to all 4 limbs removed and had her forc2 yrs before death. My mom died from Covid. All of this is pertinent due to the state of my mental, physical and overall health.

For 2 years I have been working in 19 yrs of back taxes. I knew they were coming but after taking care of everyone and I lost my home after the housing bubble 2008 so I was just barely making it. Finally I turn 65 get SS so I began to address this issue. I paid around 6,000 so it never crossed my mind I would end up in trouble.

I don't know what happened but I received a text saying thanks but you need to talk to an associate from this point forward. Same day I hear from the IRS and as far as they are concerned they haven't heard from me. Now I have copies from a firm not mentioned an agreement had been made but that never happened.

A lien is placed on my credit and everything I have worked on I'm losing. I'm being evicted. I've discovered I'm a diabetic and my health is going down quickly and I now have 9 days before I'm out on the street. I get this call from the best salesman I've ever heard.

His name is DOMINIC Luciano and he explained what I needed that I'm an elderly woman widow 17 years in critical health situation and on a fixed income and that he would FIGHT for me. I kept asking how much was their fees and I never got an answer. The next day I was on the phone over 2 1/2 hrs and I was under so much stress passed out woke up hours later I immediately called the next day and explained this to the person they assigned me to JAKE WALLACE and told him I had passed out.

He was angry and immediately slapped down the documents signed for the POA . Which by the way it says nothing about what they had accomplished other than from that moment on the next 22 months is pay them 1,500.  May 26 they allowed me to pay 500 then June 1 1000.

I had made arrangements to move to OHIO but something fell thru the cracks. I still don't have an exact date I just have 10 days to be out of my apt. I called and wrote several days to inform Jake WALLACE but he absolutely hates talking with me and does not care. I became so sick I almost had to be admitted to the hospital. My doctor explained I had PTSD just repeat losing everything one more time So I called the bank and they are working with me.

Since I've had time he did send a junior staffer to deal with me. What I realized at the time this was going on the IRS is forgiving some cases. I have not seen anything in writing and I'm appalled at the behavior this man has treated me. I have been harrassed yelled at made to believe I'm worthless.

I honestly don't understand if the IRS was going to have me pay back at 400 a month for an even larger amount who the hell is getting 1500 for 22 months. That's more than half my income and I have to go to the dentist from passing out my chin hit the counter and u have 8 teeth missing.

Just been diagnosed as a diabetic and I'm going blind in my right eye from this disease is I'm not going to be around a whole lot longer. I know our country has changed and maybe no one cares. I tried to fix this 2 years ago. How was I suppose to know nobody does any work any more and they certainly have no empathy.

I don't know if this helps people like me. I just don't understand anymore.   Please help me if you can. I also think it's real suspect there's not like a real address and or phone numbers. The first day I had it and called right back and was immediately told don't deal my private line again.  Hmmmm
