Acclaris comes off as this great company offering childcare and tuition reimbursement.  The thing is they DO NOT reimburse. They continuosly deny claims until employess are so frustrated that they just GIVE up.

Last year it took 8 months.  EIGHT months to get approved for child care reimbursement benefits. Getting welfare is a heck of alot easier. This year it is JUNE. do the math. 

each year one must play the acclaris game all while working 40 plus hours, raisng children and commuting  1 hour each way in order to be reimbursed. 

first there is tax returns, birth cert, child care provider info, and the app itself which asks invasive infothen they keep denying it with pathetic excuses like section 1 part 2 wasnt completlt filled out. mind you acclarishas ALL of this INFORMATION on FILE which YOU yourself can see from previous YEARS!! YEARS of being with the same child care service but yet every year for 6-8 months you have to JUMP thru a million hoops to get approved.

all this company wants is you to give up.

guess what Acclaris, this employee is very Angry. So if there is anyone else out there dealing with the same BS company and you have had it? Let's start a class action suit and sue these jerks

 So because you can not fill out a form correctly, you are blaming them? Maybe they are following your employer's policy. It's free money to you. You don't pay anything to the account so it is not a scam. Idiot!

Do not blame the company for following YOUR employer's policy. Information can be updated at anytime, all you have to do is correctly fill out the form. it is not really that hard.

My company also uses Acclaris.  When I read your rip-off report I see you blaming Acclairs for denying your claims. You say they just keep denying them until some one gives up.   Excuse me but as I read you are sending incomplete documents.  They are denying because INFORMATION IS MISSING! (uh duh) . Then you go onto say it is their fault because they have the information on file from years ago.  You are so damm lazy and expect some one to go look for your paper work and fill it in for you because you were too dumb to do it before submitting it?    All I see if you blaming Acclaris for your problems and then trying to say...Oh let's go start a class action suit.   Trying to get more free money?  I'm getting a picture here of the sort of person you are and it's pretty garbage.   Acclaris is reimbursing you money you would have spent any way, you are lucky your company provides this benefit and you should be more appreciaitve. Nobody Owes You Any Thing. The least you could do is follow the directions on the documents and fill out your forms to get reimbursed.   If that took you 8 months to get right so claim could be processed, I would take a good look in the mirror.  It's not rocket science.
