they are incapable of apologizing for the delay. My advice, go to Walgreens or Target and buy it outright. But, also keep after them like I did. I filed complaints with everyone who could possibly help and kept a log of all the people at Abslide I talked to. Alfredo who works as a supervisor with Abslide knew me, since I constantly emailed them for a response and he also knew I was dead serious that after 4 months I wanted either the product or full refund pronto.
