I ordered a Lord of the Rings Legolas Dagger from Salesco. I waited months and months for it to arrive. When I would call to check on the status of my order I was treated very badly, hung up on and kept being told that the item would be sent out within a week.

Months after I ordered, I finally received the product and to my horror it was so inferior that it did not even resemble the photo on the web site. I called the company and told them I would be sending the item back and requested a refund. Since the shipping cost was approx. $20 I told them that I would also expect a refund on shipping. Especially since they had misrepresented the item on their website (ie Fraud) .

Again, I waited weeks and still had seen a credit on my card. I called several times and each time I was treated worse than dirt. I finally had to resort to threatening them with legal action after my money had not been refunded after 40 days. I was then refunded only the amount of the item purchase. By this time I figured that I would just let the $20 shipping go, because there was no way they were going to refund it.

The total time this went on was from the beginning of November 2003 through February 2004. I would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this company. Not only because of their delays in shipping and shoddy merchandise, but also because of the HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE rudeness of their employees.
