First Nation Credit RE: Sounds like Captial Credit Gold Card Scam
I wish I would have read this before I sent the check to them. The person that filed the report regarding the credit card company that pre approved them for $15,000 sent me the same thing. I sent them a check and never received a card. I called information to find a phone number on them and there is no such city as Aliso Viejo in California. I have filed a mail fraud complaint with USPS and BBB. I am so disturbed by this. You would think that with all that is going on right now people would stop doing such dispicable things to others. I hope they enjoy thier $43.00.

I was so upset by what this company was doing and did to me I contacted the Attourney General of California's office and filed a complaint. I also filed a complaint with the United States Postal Service and with the BBB. The check I wrote was cashed on 10-13-01 and I received a full refund one week ago. I have also learned that they have tried to contact me on several occasions on my old cell phone to discuss this matter with me further. Last week I received a letter back form the Attourney General's office and they stated along with the BBB they would contact this business and get back with me. The Attourney General's office also said that the current lawsuit against this company is still pending. But if you are a resident of California you could received funds for damages if the ruling goes in your favor. If you are a resident of California and you have been scammed by this company too, call the Attourney General's office of California and file a complaint. They may be able to help you. Plase call and file a report with the BBB not just for the money the principal. The more people that file complaints the better chance of them having to shut their doors for good. Thanks
