I am so upset that a member from Bally's in the city of Industry had FORGED my name on a contract when I didn't even step one foot in the gym I don't even have a the membership card. I notice this because my checking acct went to a negative and it was bally's that was pulling money out of my account without my approval. I called the Corporate on Nov 12,2010 and advised them about my situation. An customer service rep by the name of Marvin told me to fax my ID along with 5 signatures of mine so they can compare to the contract. He also advise me to send a copy of my bank statement to show them how Bally's made my account go negative. I went ahead and faxed it to the 562 number and it said they will investigate it. I told him that this was FRAUD and needs to be handled. He said it will take about 10 days. I said fine.

On Nov 22,2010 I called Ballys again since I have not heard from them. I called their 866-402-2559 number again and talked to "Roy" who said that he sees the notes in the system but they are still looking into it. I told him that I was advised it would take 10 days he said for me to call back AGAIN that coming friday. I waiting until Thankgiving was over and give them more time.

On Dec 13, 2010- I called back and taked to a LATonya who was extremely rude and didn't know what I was talking about. She said that we can't fax any information to them and she doesn't see anything about a fax. Yet when I read her the fax number Marvin gave me, that was their fax number indeed.. I was really getting upset now. I told her I've been waiting for over a month and I'm tired of this. All I wanted was the money that is owed to me!!! I told her I wanted to speak to a Manager and she placed me on hold for 30 mins. I tried called from a land line just to see if I can get through again while still holding on my cell phone and when I called from my land line..they were closed already. So this LA Tanya employee had me on hold and went home for the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Dec 16, 2010 I called back and talked to a Michelle who looked up my "acct" and said that NOTHING has even been done. Basically Bally's doesn't care!!! I told her that I am going to file a class act because I've been more than patient with BAlly's and ALL I want is what's owed to me.. I told her I need to speak to a MANAGER AND NOT TO PLACE ME ON HOLD. She said that I've reached their PEAK time and that they are really busy!! I told her "EXCUSE ME I"VE BEEN WAITING for a month my call should be a priority" and she put me on hold and I waited and waited.

 

As of yet nothing has happen. then I received a survey from Bally's about my exprience when I called their phone center. I wrote down everything and even gave them my number and again NOTHING. I want to take further actions and I need someone to help me. I want Bally's that I'm not just someone they can step on. I know the law. Can someone guide me or give me a number who I can call. THEY COMMITED FRAUD AND THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. THEY SIGNED MY NAME ON A CONTRACT WHICH I NEVER SAW NOR APPROVED!!!
