NOTICE: This is one of over 100 Rip-off Reports that was originally lost during the week of September 5th through the 12th. We have been UPDATING the original Reports from another data base 10 reports a day. This cannot and will not happen again.

I like several of your other reporters ordered and was duped by the video computer store. We ordered the computer last August of 2000 and after several calls and hours on hold, got to finally speak to someone.
It took almost 4 months to finally get the computer and we have yet to see any of the 450.00 in rebates that was to be included. I filled out all of the paper work and kept track of everything and I have finally given up. They are a total ripoff and should never be allowed to operate ANY type of business again.
When I called to report it to the Better Business Bureau and they immediately told me to refer the case to the District Attorny's office I knew there was a problem. Now that they have been shut down and owe soooooo... many people money even the warranties for the computer, if you happen to have gotten one, are not valid.
They are a horrible company and should have been shut down a long time ago.
