Specialty Merchandise Corporation taking money they are not sussose to. Fontana, California
I called to start service and a couple days later I called to tell them I did not have the money and I was not interested. They took off money off my debit card this month again they were not suppose to. I called to complain they said they had to pull the recorded phone conversations to call back in 24 hours. I called back today which is over 24 hours and they said that there is no phone conversations that they could n ot do anything. Which is bull s**t. I want to complain. I want my money back. I never received a bussiness kit in the mail like they are saying I did. I moved soon after I called them to cancel it.
