MERCHANT PRODUCT SERVICES Rude, non-professional, immature con-artist Florence Kentucky
A sales rep for Merchant Product Services by the name of Ann Rise called our business and told the girl answering the phone that she had a order to be shipped for our credit card machine. She wanted to verify the shipping address and the machine model number. The gal in our office is fairly new and was asked what her name was after giving the sales rep the info on the phone, and our girl said that she was not giving her name due to she did not place the order and was not responsible for ordering.
The sales rep was very persistant and said that she would have someone call with a follow-up on this order within 15 min. She called back and talked with our Service Mgr. and tried the contactics with him. He had already dealt with this situation in the past and was on to the con-job this sales girl was trying to accomplish. Ann proceded to make numerous phone calls to our Service Mgr. and was rude and had childish comments to say over the phone. Her choice of words were not professional at all and we did not appreciate the following phone calls from Ann Rise herself, calling people names and being childish, due to she didn't get her con-artist scheme accomplished at our business. People beware of this MPS rip-off.
