I doubt that you would have a viable lawsuit.
First, I'm sure that the other side of this story is quite different from yours. I'm not calling you a liar, but it's fairly apparent that some important details are left out of your story.
Second, you tacitly admitted that you've built up a track record of not being able to get along with your fellow employees. Without knowing the precipitating details of your alleged assaults, I can't comment on the particulars. But when you're regularly getting into fights, with separate co-workers, it certainly sounds like the issue may be with you.
Third, while responsible employers will take steps to ensure that their employees are not victimized by co-workers, it is not their legal responsibility to do so. It was not Applebee's responsibility to enforce your restraining order.
Finally, you have no property rights in your job. It belongs to your employer. The employer can terminate you at any time, for any reason that does not violate discrimination laws.
It sounds like you were alot more trouble than you were worth to this employer.
