Video Computer Store Rip off .. one of many on the rip-off report
We brought a computer from them. It has been all most a year
for our rebates. Excuses, Excuses, that all we got. Our phone
bill is high from all the calling because some of the numbers
are not toll free. Don't believe a word they say. We heard
from two ladies in the company one stated: Your rebate will be
to you in 2 weeks to a month, the same day on the answering machine another lady stated that we would receive our rebates
by the end of the week or the beginning of next week. We have
not received a thing. I wrote an e-mail to them stating who would you believe? Haven't heard a word. Don't buy a thing from
them.
