Gateway Computers -MPC Computers Stole my money, Lied about service, Lied to state and state employees Irvine California
Purchased a Gateway m465-e Nov 06 with multiple 3 year warrantees. The company made an agreement with the state and its employees to provide the warrantee service when purchased. I now have a computer that the hard drive has crashed and Gateway nor MPC is not honoring the agreement because MPC is bankrupt and Gateway don't care because they already got your money.
I have my receipt and it is clearly stated that Gateway is suppose to provide this service. Just like most of the United States companies, fraud seems to be the way of life and our government is not doing anything about it. This is where the government has failed the people. Everyone of these people including the CEO's should be locked up for fraud!!!
