Ramada Inn Resort Recent rip-off kissime Florida
I was cheated through the Ramada Inn Resort package advertisement. But when I went for my vacation, they put me under a cheap resort called amerihost resort. After
I confirmed my package I was charged 398 dollar for six days. Then they call me back and said that I have to pay the hotel tax before I go for the vacation.
So I paid 38-dollar hotel tax. When I reached the hotel for the vacation, amerishost charge 72 dollar for six day as tax. So when I called Ramada back, they said 38 dollar was processing fee. Before that they told me it was the tax and now they say its the processing fee. If they should have told at the beginning that it was the processing fee then I would not have paid for that, thats why they lied to me it was the hotel tax.
I talked to several people who came to the resort at that day. They all said the Ramada sales people told that 38-dollar is the tax. Every other s like us was pissed off too.
I got several contact of other visitors who suffered like me. I am also complaining the entire Florida tourism department.
