Four weeks ago, a M675 notebook computer was sent to MPC for repair. After three weeks of phone calls, I am being told that no products are being shipped. It appears that MPC can only email its shipper. They do not know how to use the phone.
While not admitting or denying the reason for this problem, I suggested this might be a financial issue with their shipper. Their response was simply that they were working on resolving this issue, but suggested that the shipper might be risking a class action suit. In the mean time, no computer, no direct answers, no one will go on record and my corporate inquiries have gone unanswered.
Sounds like bankruptcy is around the corner. To bad they have my product, and I have nothing. Is their anyone who wants to take these people on? If so, contact me.
