Since posting and mailing a copy of the text message to the outlet where I had been refused a replacement alternator unit,I was contacted by the company president,today.He seemed like a very forthright and cordial gentleman and asked for information in order to get to the bottom of the issue.I'll be mailing him copies of the receipt and other numerous purchases I've made over a period of several years for him to evaluate.I've purchased truckloads of goods from this chain and I think once he has seen what a valuable customer I've been,he will certainly treat me accordingly.If you are a customer of any concern,let them know that no matter how much business you've done with them and especially if you've done plenty,that they need to recognize you as valuable to their continued existence,not only because of the amount you may spend,but,because word of mouth is powerful stuff whether positive or negative!
